Cameron Diaz pens fitness book for all body types: Her workout and diet tips – Examiner.com

Cameron Diaz celebrates women of all body sizes in her new fitness book, UPI reported.

In The Body Book, Diaz details her own road to fitness, which now includes rigorous daily workouts and a healthy, low-carb diet.

But Cameron insists her book isn’t about losing 10 pounds in a week or becoming a size zero, but explains how adopting an active and healthy lifestyle contributes to lasting physical and emotional fitness.

In her book, Diaz discusses the importance of regular exercise for both physical and emotional health, and details how her poor eating habits once wreaked havoc on her skin and body.

Cameron, 41, said eliminating processed foods and working out regularly helped her look and feel her best, and said it can do the same for anyone.

Diaz maintains her sizzling bikini body by running, strength-training, and doing Pilates workouts, and following a balanced, low-carb diet.

While most people dread getting older, the former model embraces the aging process, insisting she’s only getting better with age.

“This is the thing that people don’t understand: Take care of your body [and it will] get better! It gets better as I get older,” she said.
