Health and fitness advice for women in Tuam – Galway Advertiser

BPW Tuam is hosting an event for women who want to get into shape for the summer.

The evening on April 23 in the Corralea Court Hotel at 7pm will provide women with all th tips to be healthy and fit .

There will be a number of speakers, including Leonie Hegarty – istep Clinic, Sharon Fitzmaurice – wellness coach, Aisling Snedker, clinical and sports mutritionist, and Sharon Mullins of Forever Living weight loss management.

The women from the newly refurbished Vanity Hair and Beauty will be at hand, in addition to staff from Health & Harmony Food Store, Kingfisher Gym, and Motivation Weight loss.

The Corralea Court will provide healthy treats on the night .
