Kate Middleton’s Sister Pippa Reveals Diet And Fitness Secrets – The Inquisitr

While vacationing in St. Barts recently, Kate Middleton’s sister Pippa is looking fit and has not been shy about showing off her killer body as she enjoys participating in various water sports. During holidays with her brother and mother, Kate’s sis has sported a number of two-piece bikinis that have revealed washboard abs and toned extremities. The pics that have been snapped of the brunette beauty soaking up the sun have got onlookers and royal family enthusiasts wondering what Middleton’s secret is to such a fantastic and lean figure.

Latinos Health shares a few of the regimens which Pippa has reportedly been following regularly in order to maintain her health and stay in top shape.

“Besides being naturally athletic, Pippa credits her fit body to healthy diet and exercising for three to five days in a week, which Pilates and running are a part of. She doesn’t have faith in extreme diet changes nor too much workout because she states that moderation is the key to her fitness success.”

The publication also states that Pippa Middleton has been a participant in marathons and triathlons. In addition, this September, the sister of Kate will be competing in the Otillo Swim-Run World Championship, which is a 47-mile race that is held in Sweden.

To achieve and maintain her level of health, Pippa recently shared that she does not follow fad diets and does not deprive herself of various foods. She instead prefers to arrive at her fitness goals by exercising regularly. Latinos Health outlined the athletic stunner’s preferred form of workout based on coverage by US Weekly.

“For her fitness regimen, she follows mainly simple moves like ladders, plié squats, planks and wall pushes while doing a two-minute rest in between circuit training. It is her best moves yet for completely toning the body. Furthermore, Pippa shares that staying active and making it a habit to try sports keep her mental health and well-being well-rounded.”

The Duchess’ svelte sister wrote about her attitude towards diet and exercise back in 2014 in a column for Waitrose Weekend Magazine.

“I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things, so I’ll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet, and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in — I’m talking chocolate, crisps, and the occasional glass of wine.”
