X Factor star and Dancing On Ice winner, Ray Quinn is performing as Prince Charming in the Christmas pantomime at the ECHO auditorium.

The cast and crew met each other for the first time today and tried on their costumes as they start preparations for the show.

Ray told the Echo: “It’s about what you eat it’s not even necessarily exercising. You can exercise but it’s only about 25-30% of your actual fitness

It’s always about what you eat, unfortunately, and I love food.”

Talking about his favourite cheat meal, Ray added: “I’m a sucker for yellow foods like sausage rolls and cakes and pastries and scones…

But my favourite cheat meal, I’d probably say pizza.”
