3 tips: Boosting the veggie breakfast – Lancaster Newspapers

We’ve all been told to eat our veggies, but how many of us really do, every day?

And how many of us toss vegetables into the breakfast mix?

It’s easier to do than you think, according to Women’s Health magazine and Birchbox:

1. Add kale or spinach to a breakfast smoothie. You won’t taste it. Promise.

2. Whip up an omelette with asparagus, zucchini or other greens.

3. Avocado toast. Pile some arugula on top, and you’re off to a superfood start.
