Comment Below on more you want to see. This is a video describing 3 simple tips for losing weight in a healthy and easy (simple) way. Don’t need to spend extra money or get crazy! Of course this isn’t everything but these are the one’s I feel any one can do immediately. Weight Loss Tips #1- Drink Water. As much as you can all day! #2- Eat Protein. Eat more meat, legumes (beans), or any type of healthy protein (seafood, shakes, eggs). #3- NO CARBS. This is the hardest but if you can, don’t eat things like bread, rice, potatoes, and white foods. *Remember, this is a temporary life style. I personally follow this most of the time but let loose during weekends cuz I have to have my rice! I learned much of what I talk about in terms of health from a life time of obsession but give ton’s of credit to the author and book below. Tim Ferris- the 4 Hour Body

    people eat way too much meat.. Americans are drinking more water and eating more meat than ever before and they are still fat. Meat forms acid in the blood. How about eating fruits and veggies.

    Great tips! I’m a Biology major so I just had to say this: you lose weight on the atkins diet bc your body metabolizes glycogen stores in the muscle/liver as you deplete it of carbohydrates. TOO much protein can lead to ketone bodies (not good!)… so the average person needs about 45-60grams of protein every day. DON’T eliminate carbs from your diet completely. Get them from whole grains such as quinoa, couscous, oatmeal, and whole grain bread.

    love you benji. but drinking cold water, the calories you burn is negligible. a healthy diet should be a around quarter protein, a quarter grains, half vegetables/fruit. Excessive protein when your body doesn’t need that much can also turn into fat. So girls, please don’t go on fad diets because the results are temporary, just eat healthy with less processed foods and sugary dense foods. One important tip missed is being active consistently! The harder you work out the greater change you’ll see!

    OMG!!! i just started today the atkins diet which consists of eating a lot of proteins and no sugars!! the first time i did this diet i loose weight so easy!!! 😀
