Reality TV beauties have shared their health and fitness tips.

The Real Housewives Of Cheshire’s Seema Malhotra and Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson both have enviable figures – and some straight-forward advice on how to stay trim and feeling great.

The ladies, who attended the launch of the new Active Women range by sports nutrition brand Myprotein at the Hale Country Club and Spa, told us how often they head to the gym and how they keep in great shape while beating stress with exercise.

Seema, who runs the fashion brand Forever Unique, likes to dance to uplifting girlband and boyband tracks and walk her dog. And Louise says having a “wingman” to work out with helps to keep her motivated at the gym.

Seema, who received a Cockapoo called Milo for her birthday from her friend and co-star Stacey Forsey, said: “I come here three times a week and I love taking part in my Diva Fever class where we dance to girlband and boyband routines – who wouldn’t love that? The time passes so quickly when you’re having fun.

“I have always exercised.

“It’s a great stress reliever and after I exercise my energy levels are back on track for the rest of the day.

“I get up an hour earlier to walk for an hour with Milo. And I eat healthy.

“It’s really important to look after yourself.”

The reality stars took part in a half hour Core Blimey workout at the country club, which worked the abs and ended with the high-energy dance routine to the Spice Girls’ hit Stop.

Made In Chelsea star Louise visited Hale in her ambassador role

Louise, an ambassador for Myprotein Active Women, usually works out with her personal trainer boyfriend Ryan Libbey.

She said: “I’ve always been sporty but since I started dating my personal trainer it’s become something more that I’m interested in.

“My schedule is so sporadic but if I don’t have time to workout I don’t panic.

“I like to work out most in the morning when I’m slightly emptier. If you have the time, exercise. Why would you not do it?

“It makes you look and feel better.”

She added: “I was on the lacrosse team and swimming team when I was younger. I found it annoying that I developed muscles quite quickly.

“Now I embrace them.

“I like less of the cardio and more of the strength stuff.

“My boyfriend has helped to transform my body.

“We met while I was filming the show. It’s always nice to have a wingman to work out with.”
