    When I go to gym i have 2 routines , a day i do squat, bench and bend over row , 5 sets of 5 reps heavy weight . routine #2 i do deadlift , push press and pull ups , 5 sets of 5 reps heavy weight , except for pull up i do 25 reps in total by multiple sets . It is good ? Im a teen , sorry for my english french canadien :s

    @kamkuat you can do the ezbar standing or sitting … neither is better they are just different exercises.     @aliboy483 i would say that neither ez bar or straight bar is better than one another they are just different exercises.     @masturdater you can either do dumbbell preacher curl or preacher curls it is up to you. Dumbbell offers more isolation.     @JesterEXW you can work muscle groups how you like there is no right or wrong but some people do chest and tris and back and bis or bis and tris and chest and back.     Scott, what muscle groups do you recommend working out on the same day? Ie: biceps and tris or chest and back… Your advice would be appreciated I feel like you can burn out one group before and that can hurt your next muscle groups workout…

    @nexisras This may be true but a lot of people have a problem where they naturally hold their breath during sets because of the strain so it helps to force the breathing

    @freethug If you look at his website it will have answers to all your questions, custom calorie counters, nutritional advice, workout plans etc. I went from 6’1 175lbs to 235lbs on my own but his site looks sound and comprehensive.
