1:00 Epic “let’s get started” accent
When I go to gym i have 2 routines , a day i do squat, bench and bend over row , 5 sets of 5 reps heavy weight . routine #2 i do deadlift , push press and pull ups , 5 sets of 5 reps heavy weight , except for pull up i do 25 reps in total by multiple sets . It is good ? Im a teen , sorry for my english french canadien :s

@masturdater you can either do dumbbell preacher curl or preacher curls it is up to you. Dumbbell offers more isolation. Scott, what muscle groups do you recommend working out on the same day? Ie: biceps and tris or chest and back… Your advice would be appreciated I feel like you can burn out one group before and that can hurt your next muscle groups workout…
Is the “70” ez bar in lbs or kilos?
@nexisras This may be true but a lot of people have a problem where they naturally hold their breath during sets because of the strain so it helps to force the breathing
@freethug If you look at his website it will have answers to all your questions, custom calorie counters, nutritional advice, workout plans etc. I went from 6’1 175lbs to 235lbs on my own but his site looks sound and comprehensive.
