Eggs and vegetables- Veggies usually frozen and microwaved. I feel its
good because its high in protein and fiber also low in calories and
provides all essential amino acids right?

hello!! first of all i would like to thank you for your videos, im from
mexico and i am learning quite a lot!
my question is, everyday i have for breakast some natural oatmeal with
honey and banana…the thing is, that every morning i put in the microwave,
instead of the stove (i hate cleaning up the mess that it makes) and i love
the practical of microwaving it, like, you put it and in 3 minutes you have
it done. but im not really sure if im killing the nutrients or something?
it might sound stupid but, does it really makes a big difference?
    thank you!

What about having a balanced diet? He talks of sugar and flour as if its
the devil and slowly killing off everyone? Ive understood that you need
everything to be healthy, EVERYTHING in moderation??

What did people do 10.000 years ago? They had no breakfast and they were
fine. I don’t believe this “breakfast is important” stuff… as long as you
get over the day enough nutrients everything is fine. It is not bad if your
stomach has time to rest a bit.

I didn’t come to watch this but just to say… I don’t care how any
American puts it or whatever… carbs early in the morning is not a healthy
way to start your day.. PERIOD. You don’t need to dump a bunch of
carbohydrates into your body in order to start the day. Energize your body
with fruits, bananas, and dates.. but don’t eat cereal WTF?

  13. Linscherl says:

I like to eat organic eggs, rye bread with butter and honey for breakfast.

  14. bintlooda says:

Most of my breakfast meals are leftovers from yesterdays lunch .. All
people laugh at me lol buti always beleive that eating a healthy meal is
much more important than considiring whats usual for breakfast and what is
not .. I eat meat , chicken and rice and dont care

I am somewhat alarmed by this Dr’s statement that the brain doesn’t need
glucose. It is what the brain lives on. Do some research on diabetes and
you will find a common complication of low glucose is coma – leading to
death. There is some good information here, but the claims about the body
burning ketones as the best energy source is questionable. I agree with the
claims of eating food in its natural state which essentially what is being
said here. But please do some research of your own

  16. Jon Hop says:

Its really simple. Eat fruits & veggies for breakfast and you’ll get plenty
of fiber without all the bulk of grains, plus far more vitamins, minerals,
and phytochemicals. Make produce 90% of what you eat and you will be
healthy and thin your whole 95-year-life.

You guys need to make a video about what we should eat. For example for
breakfast we should eat this, this and this, for dinner this this and and
souper etc. If you guys have made a video like that, then just sent me the
    link to it 🙂

  18. Iggyocracy - The OmniMalcontent says:

Then, why don’t you or he look younger than your ages? Why aren’t either of
you different than me, who’s eaten nothing but Processed Food his entire 46
years & cooked everything for the past 23-years in a microwave? I’ll tell
you why, because nutrition is a proven falsehood, lie & fraud! Chemical
balance is one thing, but it’s patently not nutrition. There’s not even any
culture of people in history that ever had “nutrition” let alone “balance”
& yet you fools just keep going on & on with BS?

  19. Russ Dennis says:

Just keep eating your GMO food and stfu. Nothing you say has any effect on
me. I myself rely on the facts where you rely on what the goverment tells
    you.

  20. TraxxasRustler97 says:

I thought Cheerios were actually good since they have oats. They claim to
    “lower” cholesterol too.

  21. Andy Lau says:

Breakfast cereals are not heatlhy. But the question is what is healthy. The
video doesn’t really say, except to say that we should all eat “meat”.

  22. DiCosmo609 says:

You sir, are brainwashed like most of society. The gov’t has great interest
in the meat, dairy n food industry as a whole. Maybe do some independent
research before you assume you know something?

  23. davehugstrees says:

I’m wondering what Dr. Bellonzi thinks about shredded wheat cereals. I’ve
been eating them for fiber, but have considered switching to oatmeal and
    quinoa.

  24. rya zun says:

  25. laurm777 says:

Thank you for reminding me that anything can be eaten for breakfast. Not
    only cereal or toast!
