Jennifer Lopez has finally unveiled how she’s managed to age so bleepin gracefully—looking virtually no different today than she did when she was a blushing young Fly Girl.
The 46-year-old actress-singer-booty-popper, attributes her glowing skin and physique to a few tricks. One is something we can all start doing. The rest of her tips require a tad more willpower.
Now, what’s her super easy secret beauty weapon? It’s “being nice.” Well isn’t that, umm, nice.

She adds,”I never took sun when I was younger. I wasn’t a drinker, I didn’t smoke. But I feel like at the core, it’s like how you feel inside and who you are inside kind of shows on your face.” Wait, did you hear that? No boozeday Tuesdays. To bring her point home, J.Lo told Us Weekly, “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.” Hold on. No coffee either? As for food, J.Lo says “We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale.” Yep, sounds about right. She also says she mediates 20 minutes a day, and tries to get 10 hours of sleep, but with her 7-year-old twins, Max and Emme, a new TV show, Shades of Blue, and a Las Vegas residency, I sincerely doubt that’s possible. Well, I luh ya J.Lo (see what I did there?) but as much as I wouldn’t mind having your gams, I’m not sure if anything is worth giving up caffeine.
