www.qibounding.com Rebounding is great for all sorts of health issues. http for videos with Rebounding exercises and Rebound Training. It tones your body, helps you loose weight and is much more than an exercise: It is pure joy. Rebounding strengthens bones, lubricates joints, moves your lymph and much more. See the fun 3 year old Avery has when bouncing together with her whole family including her great grand father who is already 78 years old. All of them use the top quality Bellicon bungee band Rebounders which are made in Germany and imported to the US by QiBounding.Disclaimer: Always consult your physician before Rebounding exercise to determine whether it is appropriate for you to do this. The website www.Rebounding.TV is meant to give Rebounding instructions and inspiration to people who are beginners and those who are advanced in Rebounding. It is up to you (and your doctor) to determine which of those exercises you can do and which are not good for your health or too difficult to perform. Keep in mind that you are doing all exercises on your own risk. If you feel uncomfortable, do not continue the exercise. Only work in your own comfort zone and dont get carried away with your enthusiasm. Do only those exercises that are easily in your reach and build up from there. If you experience pain during or after the exercises or if you recognize any physical problem, do not rebound and see your doctor before continuing to rebound. We are no doctors and cannot give any

@QiBounding Thank you, I will have fun and thanks so much for all the good info. I am watching one of the videos right now to get acquainted with the general form, etc. They are advanced bouncers but I can modify a bit to start. I am very interested in the Bone Density Project. It is one of the things I most need help with. I am eating raw food silica and my regular supplements, but it hasn’t helped. I am hoping the bouncing will be a lifetime help for now and the future. 14 videos. thx!

@luvintherawlife You can look at our website and see the description. They are on the menu options Rebounder/Shop on w w w dot QiBounding dot c o m. By the way, I just put more free training on our Website. When you click on the Menu option ‘Rebounding Training’ and you scroll down to the middle of the website, you see “The Bone Density Project” 14 videos. Click there. That is a step by step training for Rebounding beginners. And it is free on our site till September 12. Have fun! Sylvia

@QiBounding Good advice. Maybe I can get some of those sox. I will look them up on the internet. In the beginning I will start with shoes. I have very skinny feet with extremely high arches. Not very stable. I have turned my ankles a lot. Thanks for the info on the sox. Lynn

  6. QiBounding says:

@luvintherawlife Great. I wish you a lot of fun with your new Rebounder. I personally never wear shoes because you get more out of Rebounding without shoes (unless you have a problem with the ankle or big problems with your arches and need to wear shoes). I wear anti slip Akkua socks from Italy. They are awesome. Bounce in good health! Sylvia

@propanes Hi there, That’s a good point. There is a very easy solution to get the bounce return firmer: Choose stronger bungee cords. Bellicon offers 5 different bungee cord strengths and if for you choose x-strong or even ultra (which is for people of up to 400 lbs), you can get a bounce return as firm as a spring based Rebounder, like the Athletic. Bellicon has stopped to manufacture their spring based models (Dynamic and Athletic) as they can give any kind of bounce with different bungees.

@QiBounding I get my Rebounder tomorrow. I will definitely need to wear shoes. I hope it works ok. I didn’t order the stabilizing bar, so hope I can do ok w/o at first. Maybe the back of a chair in the beginning. Thank you for demonstrating the easy beginning bounces. It really helps to know how to get started.

Very good video, you are so helpful…I can tell you have a big heart!!

This will depend more on your balance, flexibility and the strength of your joints, than how much you weigh. Most programs recommend starting with gentle bouncing where you’re moving up and down but you’re feet are always in contact with the rebounder. This is a good way to get used to the motion without much risk to your joints. If you try to do too much at first, you risk injuring your ankle joint and your calf muscle.

  12. vickylove35 says:

Thank you for the videos , I love it . but how long you recommend for starting a rebounding routine , For overweight people in mid thirties, would love to do it everyday but how long each day ? greetings.

  13. propanes says:

I read the firmer Athletic bellicon is more suited to running. A drawback of a bungee model is the soft foot response when exercising to ‘keep up’ with a running tempo. I wonder if one could build a firmer support the same size as the circle mat to create a surface more like the the Athletic and suitable for vigorous fitness exercise. May be a beveled piece of Plexiglass cut in a circle could be sealed between two circular pieces of padding. One could have a bungee bellicon be Athletic.

Excellent information – Thank you 🙂

  15. IvySweetVenom says:

@QiBounding That is great! I am going to check out your site right away thank you!

  16. QiBounding says:

@IvySweetVenom Yes, definitively it is an exercise for overweight people. The great thing is that high quality Rebounders like the QiBounders take 85% out of the impact on the joints. So you are left with only 15% of the impact (when you jog, you have 100% impact). This allows basically everybody to rebound. If you rebound correctly (like I show it in my exercise videos on my website “w w w dot QiBounding dot c o m” Rebounding should not hurt the knees – when using a soft bouncing QiBounder.

  17. IvySweetVenom says:

would this be good for overweight people? Can this hurt their knees?

thanks – this was really informative!

I bought a cheap walmart unit two months ago and broke it within two weeks. I then decided to go with reboundAIR because of the quality of their website and lifetime warranty and they have been around forever. LOVE THEM!!! Don’t buy a cheap rebounder.

  20. QiBounding says:

@Gaiagirl85 You are very welcome! There are much more on my website w w w(dot)QiBounding(dot)com. Sylvia

  21. muldoon55 says:

I,ve worn out 2 urban rebounders already. There decent units but after a year or so of regular use the springs start breaking.I’m on 3rd one now , springs still breaking, definitely considering this one though.

  22. cyberGLAM says:

I really like your point on starting slowly. I just started and I over-pushed myself, and fainted backwards. So, now I know, it is o.k. to take it slow and not expect to be a professional right off the bat.

  23. QiBounding says:

@belletube07 You find testimonials and info on my website QiBounding “dot” com under the menu HEALTH > Lymph. And on my web TV show on Rebounding “dot” TV I also broadcasted one episode with the theme “lymph”. Just give “lymph” in as a search term and the video will show up. Best, Sylvia

  24. QiBounding says:

@belletube07 Thank you for your comment. Concerning Lymphedema: Several of my clients told me that with a regular workout on their Rebounder (they use the Bellicon bungee Rebounders), there condition got so much better. This makes sense to me as you really move your lymph system.

I absolutely LOVE your vid! Thanks!
