To gain weight you have to know your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).. Which is
height, current weight and age… It determines how many calories your body
naturally burns each day.. So to gain weight you have to eat your BMR (mine
is 1750) plus more.. so id have to eat 2250 a day to gain 1 lb in a week

I have a suggestion on bread: Martin’s whole wheat potato bread. Tastes
just like white bread, it’s soft and delicious. I highly recommend it. Buy
it if your store has it!

Some girls want to be curvier. Insecurity. I remember wanting to be bigger,
just to have a bigger butt…. .my sisters are curvier than me. I learned
to accept my tiny shape. Theres girls out there who WISH they had my 110

Love ur channel! Can you do a video on how to increase your stomach intake.
Meaning, i have tried to add the 500 calories to my diet but my stomach
gets full/closes up after only a couple of bites which is very frustrating
    and a waste of food
