I think it’s important to note that things like gluten free pizzas..
snacks.. sweets, etc are NOT healthier. It’s a big misconception that gets
people caught up these fads. I don’t think you meant to say healthy because
you still did call it junk because that’s what it is. Junk food, just
without wheat which we can – and I do – consider a little better than
gluten filled products because I don’t feel so crappy after I eat it. But
it’s junk. Still highly processed. Just wanted to point that out for anyone
else out there thinking buying gluten free things means it’s healthier.
Check your labels! I’m not allergic to wheat but I do find that after
eating it for like a full week I get sluggish, mentally foggy and get a
weird “carb bloat” so I like to avoid wheat as much as possible or add in
some gluten free things at home but I make sure that I still highly limit
the amount of gluten free junk I buy.

Glutino makes a delicious spinach and feta gluten free pizza! It’s less
calories and fat than the Udi’s one (not that you should worry about
    calories cuz you’re TINY)

… Sorry but gluten free does not mean healthy. As someone that suffers
from celiac disease, a lot of the ‘gluten free’ boxed food are just full of
processed junk and simple carbohydrates. Its a lot of white rice and potato
flour with lots of sugar and salt.

I get breakouts from dairy too, but rice milk and almond milk often have
preservatives and stuff in them I think. I’ll check anyway next time I go
    to the supermarket
