    @MrLadyfeet Push ups are actually triceps not biceps, a long with a lot of other smaller muscle groups. While your biceps get worked on the way down to the floor, its the chest and triceps that work to push you back up. Likewise biceps are used for the second exercise here as you pull yourself up your back and biceps pull you towards the bar or in this case the cables.

    @TheAllDayBaller Push ups work on biceps, chest & abs and the second exercise works triceps and back muscles;

    should have worn the captain america shield on ur back when you did this!!!!…..on a serious note my gym has just got in a specialist racks with 6 trx’s attached…rock on…gonna do these wrkouts….cheers dude…..oh and a blender on the toilet, love it, u can actually cycle ur protein…as ur dumping it out, ur taking it in……xx nice…oh and were they MTrx supplements turned around BSN boy…lol

    Hi Scott, how close do you keep those hands while you do the 40/40? I have been doing push-up’s or atleast can do 15 at a stretch – I tried to do the 40/40 having my hands below my shoulder and was able to push myself to 40 but when I start moving my hand close together it gets real hard on my triceps! Is this the right form?
